Primex 1XX controllers

A specialized industrial controller designed to control the operation of concrete mixing units of any configuration for factories producing vibro-pressed products (paving tiles, curbs, etc.) and ready-mixed concrete. The controller allows you to implement the full cycle of concrete mixture production in both manual and automatic mode. In the automatic mode, an algorithm for automatic dosing of inert components (taking into account their humidity), cement, bulk dye, liquid chemical additives and water is laid down in order to obtain the required consistency and humidity of the finished mixture. Can take orders and automatically service up to 4 presses. Has total counters of dosed components. It can be connected to a personal computer, on which reports will be generated on the released products and raw materials received at the company's warehouse for an arbitrary period of time. The controller has IP65 water and dust protection and is equipped with a 7" or 9" touchscreen display, has a clear menu and simple intuitive control.
